The Urban Traditional service (the "Service") is a way for adults to meet each other online. 
This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Urban Traditional. Urban Traditional reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to our attention.

Either you or Urban Traditional may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. Your membership with our service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Security: 
The Urban Traditional database resides behind firewalls in order to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We have taken preventative measures to restrict access to sensitive data, as well as to detect and prohibit certain connections and operations by unauthorized users. We make no claim as to the impenetrability of the system under unusual circumstances or its resilience to future attacks. 
You shall not post on the Service any content which is obscene, defamatory, libelous, abusive, pornographic, harassing or threatening, or which is offensive sexually suggestive or possess connotative language or content which violates any right of privacy. Indemnity:
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Urban Traditional, its owners, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Urban Traditional service or under your password by any person whether or not authorized by you, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement. 
Urban Traditional does not make any warranty as to the results to be obtained from the use of this service or its content, nor that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. The service and its content are available on an "as is, as available" basis. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the service and the accurateness and completeness of the content is assumed solely by the member.
In no event will Urban Traditional be liable to you or to any person other than you for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Urban Traditional service. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Urban Traditional or its owner's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Urban Traditional for the service during the term of the membership. 
Urban Traditional will not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential, arising out of the use of this service, including, without limitation, to damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other members of this service, or introduced to you via this service. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and emotional distress and discomfort.
